I recently saw on tv a handbag designer on how she became successful, her advice to people who wanted to become successful was "don't think before you do anything, but think while you are doing something". What she meant by this was, she didn't contemplate on what to say before she needed to call someone. She just dialed and thought while it was ringing.
I'm the type of person that can't just do anything. I have a million things that I think about before I do anything. I need the courage to just do it, just like nike.. =) Hopefully I can achieve this goal this year. I can do this with e-mail, but I can't just seem to just do it on the phone or in person. I have to have courage and confidence. Need more self confidence and the ability to believe in myself.
